She is survived by: her son Warren Mahaffey (Delores) of Hope; her grandchildren, Casey Bolton (Mason) and Cory Mahaffey; her great grandchildren, Brody Bolton and Piper Bolton; and her daughter-in-law Sylvia Mahaffey.

Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Hospital for Children.
