She was predeceased by: her brother Kenny Joe; and also, Kenneth Melvin and Dorothy Melvin (O'Brien). She is survived by: her sister Susan; her sister-in-law Vickie; her nephew Levi; her husband Frank; her children, Lori, Michael (Kara), Kari and David (Jacqui); and her grandchildren, Bryce, Isabel, Sophie, Bradley, Ethan, Faith, Addison, Marcus and Elizabeth.
