With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Radford Jewell (Columbus, Indiana), who passed away on January 15, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mothers, Hazel E. Jewell and Bessie Jewell (Ballard); and his siblings, James Jewell, Ruby Edwards and Zelona Dire.

He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Rutan; and his children, Troy Jewell (Alena), Brent Jewell (Kyra) and Kim Jewell-Chamberlain (Dale). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Lung Cancer Foundation of America.
