She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel J. Chambers and Kathleen M. Chambers (James); her husband Robert Neil Lark; her daughter-in-law Amy Lark; and her granddaughter Kayla Townsend.
She is survived by: her children, Travis Lark of Columbus, Shane Lark of Elizabethtown, Nesha Lark-Parker, Jason Lark (Jammie) of Columbus and Scott Lark of Hope; her sisters, Linda Murray, Kay Stapleton and Donna Chambers; her grandchildren, Dylan, Devin Lark, Hayley Anderson, Jillian, Heidi Estes, Skyler, Brody Raelynn, Stephanie Lark, Lacie and Ashley Townsend; her great grandchildren, Araigha Luttz, Colton Lark, Remi Nichols, Terrel Nichols, Aubreyelle Henderson, Aaron Frodge, James, Alianna, Kaydance Lark, Kaylynn Suns, Carter and Kinsey Townsend; and her close friends, Susie Hoffsteader and Diane Clark.
