She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Shampine and Dorothy Shampine; and her brothers, Thomas Shampine and David Shampine. She is survived by: her daughter Angie Hensley-Langrel (Robert); her grandchildren, Blake Hensley (Lexi), Christian Langrel and Raegan Langrel; her great grandchildren, Lelynd and Raeleigh Hensley; her siblings, Novalee Niesen, Annette Sova (Bill), Richard Shampine, Rita Gobeyn (Roger), Marcia Shampine, Marlene Bongard (Craig), Larry Shampine, Cheryl Kwiatkoski, Kim Cook, Denise Watts (Arthur) and Peter Shampine; and her friends, Thomas and Connie Barber.
