She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Sweeney (Fulton); her close friend Roger Dailey; and her son Nikolas Tyler Hawkins. She is survived by: her father Norval Sweeney; her sons, Dustin Kyle Hawkins of Edinburgh and Ryan Joseph Hawkins of Crown Point; her siblings, Jaci Ratliff (Rick) of Indianapolis and Douglas Sweeney of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Aubrey Claire Hawkins, Delanee Sue Hawkins and Stoan Nikolas Hawkins; and also Vickie Smith.

Memorials may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation through the funeral home and to the family to help with final expenses.
