He was predeceased by: his father Omer Allen Lucas; and his sister Peggy Sue Lucas. He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Brown Lucas Thompson of Columbus; his wife Theresa Wirth; his stepfather Reverend Robert Thompson of Columbus; and his children, Barbara Elliott (Walter) of Indianapolis and Jason Wirth (Shawn) of Oklahoma. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Homes and Crematory - Washington St (1029 Washington St, Columbus, IN 47201). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
