It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ron E. Greathouse Sr. of Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Greathouse and Laura Mable Hashman Greathouse; his wife Freida Mae Reese; his siblings, Larry Greathouse, Jerry Crider, Vera Collins and Linda Carol; and his granddaughter Ahnyae Greathouse.
He is survived by: his children, Angel England (Shawn) of Seymour, Bridget Greathouse of Columbus, Ron Greathouse, Jr. (Ginny) of Columbus, Bobby Allen (Michelle) of Columbus, Naomi Lowell of Columbus, Martha Soto (Tony) of Franklin and Paul Allen of Columbus; and his sisters, Janice Simmons (Henley) of Columbus, Retha Greathouse of Columbus and Becky Barger (Curtis) of Columbus. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren.
