He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin N. Duer and Evelyn L. Baker Duer; his brother Jerry Duer; and his son-in-law Michael Wright. He is survived by: his wife Sandra L Fricke; his children, Tracey Wright, Anthony Duer (Melissa) and Heather Johnson (Jamie); his grandchildren, Aaron Wright, Lindsay Robertson (Kody), Kaylee Deaton (Zach) and Breanna Watkins; his great grandchild Hailee Beavers; and his sister Kay Ann Davidson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (545 N National Rd, Columbus, IN 47201). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Columbus Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (545 N National Rd, Columbus, IN 47201).
