He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward S. Neff and Blanche Konkle Neff; and his granddaughter Larissa Eve Neff. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary VanGilder; his children, Christine B. Pearcy (Doug) of Columbus, Debra Neff (Paul Siwko-Bajon) of Bloomington and Fred Neff (Ruth) of Elizabethtown; and his grandsons, George William Pearcy (Whitney Snyder) and Micheal Douglas Pearcy (Ciera Craft).
Memorials may be made to the Bartholomew County Humane Society or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
