He is survived by: his children, Wayne Burger (Vida) of Phoenix, Ann Sterling (Robert) of Columbus, Susan Curry (Rick) of Columbus and Laura Burger of Columbus; his sister Mary Ann Turnipseed of Terre Haute; his grandchildren, Michelle Simkins (Brian), David Sterling (Sandy), Courtney, Matthew and Michael Burger; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Nathan Simkins and Caroline Sterling.
