He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Wade and Vione Craig Wade; and his siblings, William "Bill" Wade and Joan Fields. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Brown. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews; and several great-great-nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or the Community Church of Columbus in memory of Bob.
