He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll D. Dunham and Barbara E. Axsom Dunham; and his siblings, Timothy Dunham and Ronda Dunham. He is survived by: his wife Kimberlee A. Kays; and his stepdaughters, Anna Croucher (Ben) of West Lafayette and Kaylee McBroom (Bailey) of Columbus. He is also survived by four grandchildren and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
