She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Barnett and Vivian Barnett (Kelly); her grandparents, Herbert J. and Dorith Kelly; and her nephew Zerric A. Barnett.
She is survived by: her son John C. Smith of Columbus; her sisters, Troyia Barnett (Al Moen) of Greenwood, IN, Vickie Hoeltke (David) of Columbus, IN and Tina Leonard (Rick) of Bend, OR; her niece Amanda Smith (Matt); and her nephews, Ross Leonard (Katie) and Alec Hoeltke.
