It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky L. Burns of Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on May 19, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Burns; his grandparents, Howard and Vora Calhoun; his brother Randall Burns; and his nieces, Brandy Douglass and Mikalia Robinson.
He is survived by: his mother Alice Calhoun Burns of Columbus; his wife Stacy C. Johnson; his sons, Lynn Burns and Dallas Johnson; and his sister Rhonda Burns-Robinson (Doug Turner). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
