He is survived by: his wife Roberta M Yates; his children, Candace Hilderbrand (Alan) of Otisco, Kimberley Taylor of Columbus and Tony Smith of Columbus; his grandchildren, Shelley Parker (Justin) of Indianapolis, Jacob Taylor of Columbus and Maggie Baker (Jeremy) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his great grandchild Wesley Parker of Indianapolis; his sister Freda Beck of Holdrege, Nebraska; and his close friend Wesley Smith of Arapahoe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Arc of Bartholomew County or the Alzheimer's Association.
