She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence E. West and Thelma L. Hatchett West; and her nephew Robert West Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James R. Lee of Columbus; her sons, Isaac Spiehler of Bloomington, Jimmy Lee (Shannon) of Columbus and Richard Lee (Melissa) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Tyler Lee, Payton Lee, Aryn Lee, Zachary Spiehler, Malcolm Spiehler and Bayleigh Williams; her siblings, Robert West of Franklin, Ruth Acton (Bill) of Columbus, Larry West (Evelyn) of Columbus and Lora Labrash of Indianapolis; and her nieces and nephews, William Acton, Joseph Acton, Bobby West, Brooke West, Emily Labrash, Gina West, Amy West and Dusty West.
