He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Purtlebaugh and Mary Roseanna Swango Purtlebaugh; and his siblings, Elizabeth Young and Baby Eddie. He is survived by: his sons, Brian L. Purtlebaugh (Carrie Hurst) of Greenwood and Michael Purtlebaugh (Nancy) of Franklin; his grandchildren, Alexis Purtlebaugh, Grace Purtlebaugh, Zachary Zimmerman, Logan Zimmerman, Tristan Purtlebaugh and Kai Purtlebaugh; his siblings, Donna Robbins (Billy), Darlene Garrity (Terry) and Allen Purtlebaugh (Tina); and his children, Mike and Rosemary Purtlebaugh of Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
