He is survived by: his wife Carol June Smythe; his sons, Thomas Lee Chambers (Tamy), Kevin Wayne Chambers (Kelly Jo) and Nathan Phillip Chambers (Kortney); his grandchildren, Sawyer Chambers (Madi), Wylie Chambers, Everett Sherwood (Erin), Nicholas Chambers, Chloe Chambers, Preston Chambers, Ashton Chambers, McKenzi Chambers, Mason Chambers and Maverick Chambers; his brother Dan Chambers; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Erwin (Richard), Linda Cissell (Donald) and Mark Smythe (Tanya).
