“I knew Phil for a short while, I met him through a friend...he was in need of a nurse to check his surgical procedure....we became heartfelt friends very quickly . He would make me laugh with some of the things he would say ..he gaveme a Florida gators sweatshirt, knowing I moved up here from FL.., I will cherish the kindness he showed me ...He had a gentle kind spirit about him .and nicknamed me "nurse angel"...he will truly be missed but not forgotten...my heart goes out to his family.”
