He was predeceased by: his parents, Thalmud Bruce Sprague and Lela Sprague; his wife Nora Ruth Sprague; and his son Rodney Wayne Sprague. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Sprague (Lori) of Columbus and Victoria Wampler (David); and his grandchildren, Matthew Sprague (Taylor), Jeremy Sprague, Nicole Fudge (Wes), Brandon Kessler and Cassie Kessler. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
