He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sr. Fetter and Valaria Drake Fetter. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Fetter and Regina Fetter; his grandchildren, Thomas Cox, Mary Cox, Cloey Cox and Lily Otte; and his brothers, Ronnie Fetter and Jeff Fetter.
