She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Scott and Mary Rose Scott; and her grandson Jeffrey Welch (late Jill). She is survived by: her husband John Welch; and her daughters, Lisa Welch and Gayla Kane (David).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Community Church of Columbus (3850 N Marr Rd, Columbus, IN 47203). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
