She was predeceased by: her parents, John Welch and Opha Bay Welch; and her children, Peter Schrage and Terri Lutgerding. She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bobby" Lutgerding, Cynthia Lutgerding and Shannon Barnes; and her grandchildren, Shawna Lutgerding, Josh McGraw, Jeremy McGraw, Hillary Newby, Emily Hatch, Ryan Hatch and Sarah Barnes. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
