Patricia Lewis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2020, at the age of 68, Patricia Lewis of Columbus, Indiana, born in Steubenville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Roszczyk and Laura Michalik Roszczyk; her grandparent Polish; her pet Patty; her husband Bob Lewis; her daughter Kristin Crawford (Jon); her grandson Cooper Crawford; her brother Al Roszczyk (Susan); and her nieces, Sara Cave (Eric) and Erin Laswell (Nathan).
Flowers are welcome, and donations may be made to the Salvation Army, which Patty especially admired for their dedication in WWII, in which her father served.
