She is survived by: her husband Mike Haworth (Mike) of Columbus; her daughter Michelle Luyk of Columbus; her grandchildren, Michaela Everton (Morgan) of Whiteland and Rhett Luyk of Columbus; her great grandchildren, Axel and Jackson Everton of Whiteland; her sister Darla Truelove (Schnarr) of Montgomery; and her nephews, Shad Truelove (Jamie), Colin Truelove (Heather) and Chase Truelove (Laura).
