He is survived by: his wife Pat of Columbus; his sons, Tip (Patty Dodge) of Greenwood, Paul (Josie Dodge) and Phil Dodge of Newport Beach, California.; his sister Ann Merriman; and his brother-in-law Darryl Fry. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Mill Race Community Center through the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
