With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Opal Lorean Seeley of Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on January 19, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Adams and Grace Giddings Adams; her husband Elmer Ellis Seeley; and her siblings, George, Donald, Paul, Gene Adams, Florence Whitham, Ruth Ford and Helen Irwin.

She is survived by: her son Jeff Seeley (Gretchen) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Melanie Haggard (Zach) of Columbus and Ryan Seeley (Madison) of Indianapolis; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Adams of Columbus; and also Ellis Madden Seeley.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Homes and Crematory - Washington St (1029 Washington St, Columbus, IN 47201). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Columbus Free Methodist Church.
