She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Sr. Milnes and Florence Milnes; her husband Ray Guinn; and her siblings, Darrel Milnes Jr. and Doris Tietjen.

She is survived by: her son Larry Guinn; her daughter-in-law Pam Guinn; her grandchildren, Shelli McDonald and Kenneth Beaver; her great grandchildren, Luke of Martinsville and Evan Beaver of Martinsville; and her sister Wilma Thomas of North Vernon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial Donations in Mrs. Guinn's name may be made to the Macular Degeneration Research Fund.
