Nancy E. Battleson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy E. Battleson (Columbus, Indiana), born in Vincennes, Indiana, who passed away on February 10, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Shoultz and Minnie Harvey Shoultz; her former husband Alvin Arensmann; her husband Robert D. Battleson; her siblings, Jack Shoultz, Betty Lanning, Claudia Brown and Ralph Eugene; and her stepson Jeff Arensmann.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, David Battleson (Nancy) of Belen, Dale Battleson (Debby Swanson) of Omaha, Neb and Donna Yardy (Robert) of Mahomet, Illinois; her stepgrandchildren, Nick Arensmann (Liz), Heather Kaesgen (Mark), Bobbi Hardy (Mark), Keith Battleson (Jenna), Drew Battleson (Hannah), Andrea Schade-Reimer (Sam), Rachel Taylor (Nathan), Bethany Potter (Erik) and Nathan Yardy (Erica); her sister-in-law Doris Creek (Jean); her nephew Mike Brown (Aggie); her niece Glenda Schaefer (Hugh); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Stacy Rothwell (Larry), Brian Lanning (Jessica), Jeff Lanning, Shelly Brown and Chrissy Brown. She is also survived by 13 step-great-grandchildren.
