She is survived by: her siblings, Butch Tarver, Allen and Debbie; and her children, Anthony Tarver (Jenifer), Felicia Tarver (Vic Steele), Brandon Harper and Frank Hinkston. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
