It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred L. Carter (Columbus, Indiana), who passed away on December 16, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Carter and Olivia Johnson Carter; and her brother Claude Carter. She is survived by: her niece Cathy Potter.
