With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Olene Williams in Columbus, Indiana, born in Glasgow, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Wayne Williams; her son Mark Antony Williams; and her siblings, Emogene Profitt, Willowdean Kingery, Arene Trivett, Glenda Ford, Bobbie Gentry, Kenneth, Leo, Carlos and George Gentry.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Williams, Shannon Lee (Jimmy) and Norvin Williams (Ginger); her brother Joe C. Gentry; her grandchildren, Melissa Bruning, Paige Williams (Katie), Olivia Williams, Bayleigh Fields (Tim) and Whittney Loyd (Adam); her great grandchildren, Daniella Hernandez, Nash Loyd, Blythe Loyd, Miller Cox, Jacob Fields, Peyton Fields and Hailey Fields; and her great great grandchild Paisley Hernandez.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rittman Family Funeral Home (3855 25th St, Columbus, IN 47203). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Community Fellowship Church of the Nazarene or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana through the funeral home.
