Marvin Jacob touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Brandt and Marie Brandt (Wittrock); his siblings, Evelyn and Reinhart; his sister-in-law Irene; his nephew Marty; and his great grandchild Lydia Rose Gibson.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Hemeyer; his children, John (Sue), Paul (Susan), Jerome (Barbara), Zoe Ann Bergstedt (Randy), Janice (Doug) and Daniel (Lani); and his siblings, Eugene (Joan) and Elora Moentmann (John). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (719 5th St, Columbus, IN 47201). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
