He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond W. Spray and Anita J. Voss Spray; and his sister Barbara Childers. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronnie Spray (Ruth) of Bloomington, Steve Spray (Michelle) of Columbus, Catherine Montgomery (Billy) of Seymour and Patty Buster of Brownstown; his nephew Marshall; and his children, Jamie Bush of Columbus and James Spray (Savannah) of Columbus. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and other relatives.
