He was predeceased by: his parents, David F. Case and Jean Butler Case; his mother-in-law Jackie Finke; and his brother-in-law Bryan Finke. He is survived by: his wife Brooke Finke; his children, Shelby Case of Columbus and Tanner Case (Rebekah) of Hope; his grandchildren, Savannah Jean and Briar Kenneth; his brothers, Matt Case (Melanie) of Columbus and Doug Case (Cris) of Columbus; his father-in-law Dick Finke of Hope; his siblings-in-law, Kelly Thayer (Roger) of Hope and Craig Finke (Carrie) of Nashville, IN; and also Bryan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
