He is survived by: his mother Faith Ann Forrest Hurd; his daughters, Quarter Horses and Lauren Hurd; his brother Jeff Hurd (Terri); his granddaughter Harper Dewees; his father Melvin Forrest; and his nephews, Blake of Columbus and Connor Hurd of Columbus. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
