Evans (Chic); her children, Mike Evans (Diane), Scott Evans (Megan) and Elaine Burton (Mark); her grandchildren, Sean Evans, Andrew Evans (Elizabeth), Evan Burton (Beth) and Alicia Long (Emerson); and her great grandchildren, Parker Evans, Logan Evans, Madeline Long and Bryson Long. She was also cherished by husband, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations could be made to the American Heart Association, First United Methodist Church, Indiana University, or donor's charity of choice.
