She is survived by: her sons, Darrell Sizemore (Don) of Florida, Jeffery Collins (Melissa Acton) of Seymour and Greg L. Collins (Alice) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Leslie Harper (Anthony), Derrick Collins (Jasmine Wells), Jessica Collins (Deanna) and Jack Thomas Collins; her great grandchild Octavia Collins; her sisters, Leona Gable of Tustin, CA and Betty Phillips of Manchester, KY.; her stepgrandchildren, Laney Acton, Piper Shoemaker (Cam) and Nicholas Wedyck; and her sister-in-law Betty Jean Sizemore of Franklin, Ohio..
