He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph G. and Mary T. Kushman. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn L. Kushman (Johnson); his children, Beth (Jon), Addison and Cole Dawson; his grandchildren, Kelli (Jason), Noah Palmer, Brian (Sarah), Brennen, Lydia and Austin Kushman; his brother Marvin Kushman (Jackie) of St. Joseph, MI; his nephews, Michael Kushman and Jack Kushman (Brandie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brady Kushman, Andrew Kushman, Thalia and Kiley Kushman.
In honor of Loren's memory, the family asks that in lieu of flowers or food that donations be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, St. Peter's Lutheran Church, or a charity of your choice.
