He is survived by: his wife Mary Bannister of Columbus; his children, Larry Bannister (Debra) of North Vernon, Patty Montgomery of Tucson, AZ, Pam Bannister of Tucson, AZ, Stephanie Melton (Wayne) of Edinburgh, Lloyd Hazelwood of Columbus, Teresa Stienstra (Randy) of Mt. Dora, FL, Charlotte Seymour (Gene) of Brunswick, GA, Alvin Hazelwood (Jenny) of Edinburgh, IN and Wayne Hazelwood; and his sister Ruth Bannister of Columbus. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
