She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyd Reynolds and Hazel Anderson Reynolds; her husband Elmer Hawkins; her daughter-in-law Cheri Hawkins; and her siblings, Brad Reynolds, Audrey Blankenship, Sula Martin, Harold Reynolds, Evelyn Taylor and Raymond Reynolds.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Hawkins (Marcy Trisler), Bob Hawkins and Shelia Hawkins; her grandchildren, Erin Hawkins (Chris Morlock), Brooke Hawkins of Columbus, Indiana, Lindsay Hawkins (Andy Snyder) of St. Louis, Missouri, Kye Hawkins (Ryan Heffernan) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Cody Galbraith (Katy) of Greenview, California and Kassidy Ogle (Jamieson) of Columbus, Indiana.; her great grandchildren, Max, Kip Heffernan, Coen, Truett Galbraith and Escher Ogle; her siblings, Jim Reynolds of Somerset, Kentucky, Eugene Reynolds (Bobbye) of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Glenda Estes of Danville, Kentucky; and her sisters-in-law, Flonnie Hawkins of Columbus, Indiana. and Mae Hawkins of Columbus, Indiana.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
