He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sullivan and Opal Fields Sullivan; and his brothers, Danny and Billy Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Janice L. Hardin; his children, Tracey Day (David) of Columbus, Jana Tyndall (Dave) of Columbus and Todd Sullivan (Linda) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Loren Day (Brandy), Mitchel Day (Heather), Ty Tyndall (Alisha), Devon Tyndall, Justin Sullivan (Kylie), Jamie Pyle (Jason), Adrian Sullivan (Ashley), Laura Parker (Ryan Hopkins) and Levi Sullivan; and his sister Patty Day of Columbus. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
