He is survived by: his wife Joyce Collins; his children, Larry W. Collins Jr. of Columbus, Jeffrey Wayne Collins (Sheila) of Columbus and Donna Michelle Carbajal of Indianapolis; his sister Judy Fields of Cumberland, KY; and his grandchildren, James Collins, Brittani Collins and Emily Collins.
