He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Shaw and Vera B. Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Georgene Anderson; and his daughters, Jamie Cain (Todd) of Columbus and Sheonia Warnock (Carl) of Columbus. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family request that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
