He was predeceased by: his parents, Granvel Taylor and Ruby Taylor; and his siblings, Jim Turner, Corrine Duckworth and Pauline Elam.
He is survived by: his wife Anetia McKay of Columbus; his sons, Shane "Sammy" Taylor of Columbus and Rocky Taylor of Indianapolis; his stepdaughters, Nicole Forrest (Clint) of Columbus and Natalie Hamm (Cory) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Nicholas Forrest, Zachary Forrest, Alexis Grider, Tianna Grider, Jakob Grider, Jaxson Forrest and Harper Forrest; and his siblings, Ron Taylor (Laura), David Taylor (Melinda), Carl Turner (Vicki Bode), Charles Turner (Nora) and Patricia Osborne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made through the funeral home or online to our local Foundation for Youth or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
