He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frazier and Ida Frazier; and also Myrtle. He is survived by: his children, Linda Blauvelt and Kirby A. Frazier (Karen); his grandchildren, Tyler Bartle, Aubrie Blauvelt, Alan Frazier, Emma Frazier and Nathan Frazier; and his siblings, Verlon Frazier and Glenda Eggers.
