She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd L. Huffer and Thelma F. Harris Huffer; her son Thomas Joe Beckett; and her brother Lloyd E. Huffer. She is survived by: her husband Art Beckett; her pet Peyton; her sons, Terry C. Beckett of Columbus and Tony D. Beckett (Brenda) of Seymour; her stepchildren, David McCammon of Seymour and Nicki McCammon of Brownstown; her siblings, Eugene L. Huffer of Newbern, Carolyn K. Richards of Columbus and Joan Crouch of Lyman; and her stepgrandson Anthony McCammon.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
