She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Blair and Goldene Pinnick Blair; her daughter Melinda Cain; and her brothers, Gene and John Blair.
She is survived by: her son Rick Swayze (Cindy) of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Steve Cain of North Vernon, Melissa Fletcher (Mike) of North Vernon, Alyssia Burriss of Columbus, Candi Ruble (Cory) of Columbus and Danielle Cain of Scipio. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
