He is survived by: his parents, Gary Lee Ziegner and Joyce Davis; his wife Kelly Burbridge; his sons, Joseph Stanley Smith II (Bailee) of Columbus, Jonathon Darrel Smith of Columbus and Jakob Gary Lee Smith of Columbus; his grandchildren, Silas Stanley Smith of Columbus and Clara Elizabeth Smith; his siblings, Jonny Turner, Jamie Turner, Chris Smith, Gary Smith, William Smith, Stephen Smith and Michael Smith; and his parents-in-law, Darrel and Carolyn Burbridge of Hope.
Contributions may be given to a Go Fund Me account set up for his wife, Kelly and his sons.
